Terms &
Conditions

Welcome to Common Thread Art Bistro! By purchasing tickets, registering for an event, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Event Registration

Registration is required for all classes and events. Your spot is reserved once payment has been received. Spaces are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated or confirmed with our management team. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to Washington sales tax. Common Thread absorbs processing fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to the Refund Policy in the footer, but there is also a version in every ticket purchase.

Transfers

If you cannot attend a class, you may transfer your registration to another person with advance notice and communication with our staff. These arrangements must be at least 24 hours before the class begins.

Attendance

Please arrive on time so everyone can enjoy the full workshop experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or prevents others from enjoying the event.

Photography

We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know before the event, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Allergies & Accessibility

Craft classes may involve materials such as paint, adhesives, wood, fabric, natural fibers, and other supplies that could cause sensitivities. Participants are responsible for informing us of any accessibility needs or concerns before the event so we can make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.

All classes are offered on the lower level of Mt. View Grange #98. Parking is available in front of the door. There are no steps to get into the lower level, but two thresholds. Chairs are classic event fold-up chairs with a slight cushion. A water faucet is available for water. There are two single bathroom stalls; one of them is ADA Accessible.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge that crafting involves the use of tools, materials, and equipment that carry inherent risk. You agree to participate at your own risk and to follow all safety instructions provided during the event.

Intellectual Property

Workshop designs, instructions, handouts, photographs, and other materials are the property of Common Thread Art Bistro, unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without written permission.

Website Content

We strive to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but event details, pricing, instructors, and schedules may change without notice.

Any personal information collected through registration or our website will be used only for event administration, communication, and business operations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
